Job Description
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related hydraulic experience.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
Position Purpose: Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and hydraulic parts to support next assembly areas while ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
• Cut tubing to size based on engineering specifications.
• Bend tubing using tube benders, maintaining specified blueprint tolerances.
• Set up and operate deburr machines to achieve the required finish.
• Operate the Supraport computer system for assigned tasks.
• Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints.
• Operate equipment to produce identification markings.
• Identify materials according to engineering specifications.
Additional Functions:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support the company's FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention program.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Skilled in close-tolerance work and the use of special tools and equipment.
• Basic math skills required for precision work.
• Must attend and become proficient in required software programs, including Catia V5, Smarteam, and
Solumina.
• Must obtain Q-stamp qualification within 6 months of signing the acceptance letter, meeting the basic
math and reading skill requirements set by quality standards.
