Job Description

The Technical Publications Analyst develops and maintains aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagram manuals, CMMs, IPCs, and other manuals related to interior modifications and STCs. Responsibilities include:
• Authoring and updating manuals using automated publishing systems and PC-based word processing
• Creating new manual sections from engineering and SolidWorks 3D CAD data
• Developing Client and FAA-required customized manuals
• Coordinating manual publishing
• Providing technical writing and illustration support
• Training less experienced analysts

Job Qualifications Required:
• 6+ years of experience in Technical Procedures (AMM/IPC/WDM)
• A&P, FCC license, or technical degree preferred
• MS Office and Adobe Illustrator expertise
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Preferred:
• STC process knowledge
• Process improvement and problem-solving background
• Analytical skills
• Experience interpreting engineering documents, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, OEM manuals, and ICAW reports
